Villa del Mar emerges as a refined proposal for a luxury residence in Los Cabos — an architectural vision shaped by light, scale, and the endless presence of the sea. Every space is conceived to elevate coastal living through balance, elegance, and intention.

LIGHT AS A DESIGN LANGUAGE

A sculptural cascade chandelier descends through the vertical space, acting as both focal point and atmospheric element. By day, sunlight floods the interiors through floor-to-ceiling windows; by night, layered lighting softens the architecture, creating intimacy within scale.

PRIVATE RETREATS WITH PURPOSE

Bedrooms are designed as tranquil sanctuaries. Upholstered headboards, textured wall treatments, and curated furnishings add depth and warmth, while large openings maintain a constant visual connection to the ocean — privacy without isolation.

Meridiano 04 is a commercial interior project defined by control and restraint. The space is composed through material contrast, measured lighting, and a clear spatial rhythm—allowing architecture and interior elements to work together as a single language.

Rather than relying on overt gestures, the project builds atmosphere through precision.

MUTED GRAY AND WARM BROWNS IN BALANCE

The objective was to create a commercial environment that feels calm, grounded, and intentional. Every decision—from surface selection to lighting placement—was guided by clarity and balance, prioritizing a composed experience over visual noise.

The space is designed to feel ordered and intuitive, supporting both focus and interaction

MOOD

Meridiano 04 is driven by texture and contrast. Warm wood surfaces meet mineral finishes, while vertical elements introduce rhythm and depth. Soft lighting accentuates materiality, creating subtle transitions throughout the space.

The result is an interior that feels contemporary, tactile, and quietly expressive.
