Located within one of Mexico’s most celebrated oceanfront resorts, this residence was envisioned as a refined extension of its hospitality legacy — intimate, immersive, and deeply connected to the sea.

Expansive openings, layered terraces, and fluid transitions blur the line between interior and exterior. Natural light and ocean views become central design elements, shaping rhythm, proportion, and atmosphere.

CONTEMPORARY MEXICAN ELEGANCE

Artisanal detailing, custom woodwork, and patterned stone floors pay homage to regional craftsmanship. A palette of soft neutrals, deep blues, and organic textures reflects both the desert landscape and the surrounding coastline.

ELEVATED SERENITY

Designed at the meeting point of desert and ocean, the suite redefines hospitality elegance in Los Cabos — offering an environment that feels both culturally rooted and globally refined.


The concept was developed as a refined interpretation of contemporary Mexican living within a luxury hospitality setting. Rather than imposing style, the design translates regional identity into a sophisticated, livable atmosphere.

MATERIAL WARMTH & CULTURAL CONTINUITY

Natural woods, tactile textiles, and curated patterns reference Mexican craftsmanship through a contemporary lens. Earthy neutrals are punctuated with warm accents, creating a layered palette that echoes desert tones against the sea.

ARCHITECTURAL FRAMING & SPATIAL BALANCE

At Residences at Solaz, interiors were reimagined to embody understated luxury — spaces that feel effortless, yet deeply intentional. This renovation focused on elevating the interior experience, allowing materials, light, and proportion to define a refined coastal atmosphere.

COASTAL CLARITY

Ocean views are not simply framed — they are integrated.
Expansive openings dissolve boundaries between interior and terrace, allowing the horizon to become part of daily life. Soft textiles, neutral palettes, and carefully selected furnishings create an environment that feels calm, grounded, and naturally luminous.

Here, serenity is not decorative — it is structural.

MATERIAL WARMTH

Natural wood introduces depth and rhythm across bedrooms and living areas. Vertical paneling, custom millwork, and subtle grain patterns add warmth without visual weight.

Stone surfaces in bathrooms and kitchens provide balance — cool, tactile, and refined. The contrast between organic textures and clean architectural lines defines the spatial identity of the project.

Wake up to the sound of waves and an endless ocean view. This beautifully designed room blends simplicity, comfort, and the natural beauty of the sea for a truly peaceful escape.

When starting this project, I aimed to design a bathroom that radiates warmth and serenity 🌿. Natural wood adds a cozy touch, while the stone on the sink brings sophistication and texture. The soft lighting behind the mirror highlights every detail, wrapping the space in a relaxing ambiance. Every element was chosen to make this bathroom a true retreat of peace and style 🛁✨

The Patron Suite reinterprets luxury through proportion, texture, and atmosphere. A space where masculinity is expressed through balance, craftsmanship, and subtle architectural presence.

A WELCOME DEFINED BY TEXTURE

The entry sequence was conceived as a statement of quiet strength. Dark wood tones, structured silhouettes, and layered materials establish a grounded first impression. Textured wall coverings and sculptural lighting introduce depth without excess — creating an atmosphere that feels composed and intentional.

STRUCTURE & COMFORT IN BALANCE

The suite balances tailored lines with tactile warmth. Architectural headboards, rhythmic textiles, and controlled contrasts create harmony between precision and ease — refined yet deeply livable.

The concept was developed as a holistic design narrative — not simply a restaurant interior, but a complete sensory identity. Every element, from spatial atmosphere to table setting, was conceived to elevate the ritual of dining within one of Cabo’s most prestigious hospitality destinations.

AN EXPERIENCE BEYOND DINING

Collaboration with artisans allowed the project to root itself in authenticity. Handcrafted ceramics, woven textiles, and detailed finishes reinterpret Mexican tradition through a refined contemporary lens — honoring heritage while aligning with the sophistication of Las Ventanas.

COLOR AS SIGNATURE

Vibrant yet controlled accents introduce identity without overwhelming the setting. Carefully calibrated tones echo the coastal environment — desert warmth, ocean blues, sun-washed whites — creating a palette that feels both celebratory and composed.
