A contemporary penthouse that embraces the rhythm of Mexico City—blending dramatic textures, curated color palettes, and panoramic urban views to create a space that feels both vibrant and deeply personal.

A HOME ABOVE THE CITY

Framed by floor-to-ceiling glass, the skyline becomes part of the interior narrative. The apartment bar, positioned intentionally toward the view, transforms into a contemplative corner—equally suited for intimate gatherings or quiet evenings overlooking the city lights.

Clean lines and understated finishes allow the urban panorama to remain the true focal point.

Emilio Sesenta y Uno is a reflection of metropolitan living at its most expressive. It is a home designed not only to impress, but to be inhabited fully—where comfort, style, and individuality exist in equilibrium above the city.

This space was crafted to showcase an impressive shoe collection and elegant wardrobe essentials, blending functionality with a sophisticated aesthetic 🖤. One of my most colorful and eclectic projects 🌈. For this breakfast nook, I drew inspiration from Alice in Wonderland, but with a mature and elegant twist. I wanted to create a space that elevates the experience of dining—and sometimes my client spends time here even working 💼🍽️—while still keeping a touch of magic 🌀✨.

Casa 47 is an interior design project where texture and light come together to shape atmosphere. A restrained palette of greys establishes a calm, timeless base, allowing materials and curated furnishings to add warmth and character throughout the space.

The interiors feel refined yet welcoming—designed to be experienced, not just observed.

SPACE & FLOW

Living and dining areas flow seamlessly, creating a cohesive social environment. The open layout encourages movement and interaction, while furniture placement and material transitions subtly define each zone.

This balance allows the space to adapt naturally between everyday use and moments of gathering.

MATERIALITY

Textiles, rugs, stone, and wood are layered with intention. Each material contributes texture and depth without overwhelming the space, reinforcing a sense of balance and restraint.

Villa del Mar emerges as a refined proposal for a luxury residence in Los Cabos — an architectural vision shaped by light, scale, and the endless presence of the sea. Every space is conceived to elevate coastal living through balance, elegance, and intention.

LIGHT AS A DESIGN LANGUAGE

A sculptural cascade chandelier descends through the vertical space, acting as both focal point and atmospheric element. By day, sunlight floods the interiors through floor-to-ceiling windows; by night, layered lighting softens the architecture, creating intimacy within scale.

Meridiano 04 is a commercial interior project defined by control and restraint. The space is composed through material contrast, measured lighting, and a clear spatial rhythm—allowing architecture and interior elements to work together as a single language.

Rather than relying on overt gestures, the project builds atmosphere through precision.

MUTED GRAY AND WARM BROWNS IN BALANCE

The objective was to create a commercial environment that feels calm, grounded, and intentional. Every decision—from surface selection to lighting placement—was guided by clarity and balance, prioritizing a composed experience over visual noise.

The concept was developed as a holistic design narrative — not simply a restaurant interior, but a complete sensory identity. Every element, from spatial atmosphere to table setting, was conceived to elevate the ritual of dining within one of Cabo’s most prestigious hospitality destinations.

AN EXPERIENCE BEYOND DINING

Collaboration with artisans allowed the project to root itself in authenticity. Handcrafted ceramics, woven textiles, and detailed finishes reinterpret Mexican tradition through a refined contemporary lens — honoring heritage while aligning with the sophistication of Las Ventanas.

Inspired by the idea that shipping containers offer endless possibilities for innovative and sustainable architecture, this commercial project explores modularity as both language and structure. Container’s Square was conceived as a contemporary retail landmark—bold, flexible, and visually direct.

Rather than disguising the origin of the containers, the design embraces their industrial character, transforming them into a vibrant architectural composition.

IDENTITY & PRESENCE

The façade becomes a graphic statement. Large-scale typography, contrasting volumes, and strategic lighting define the building’s identity from afar. The interplay of black, white, and vibrant yellow enhances visibility while reinforcing a modern, approachable brand presence.

A vertical tower element anchors the composition, acting as a beacon and organizing the overall geometry of the complex.

MODULAR EXPRESSION

The stacking and shifting of container volumes generate depth, rhythm, and shadow. This modular approach not only responds to sustainability principles but also creates a dynamic architectural narrative—where repetition meets variation.

The raw linearity of corrugated steel contrasts with clean glazing and illuminated interiors, balancing industrial authenticity with commercial clarity.
